1. Activity Capability Assessments (ACAs)
In brief, the ACA not only incorporates what insurance claims managers, defendant solicitors, etc presently obtain from alternative service providers, but supplies additional features some of which have hitherto been unavailable to Claims Departments.

It encompasses:

~ Suitable for either physical or psychological evaluation of claimants, at any stage
of the Income Protection / PHI claim.

~ The option of on-line referral for speed, ease and convenience of claims staff.

Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) with the latest O*Net Analysis of the person’s
specific normal occupation, thereby providing an additional unique basis for
