‘Concept 13, conducted by State Registered Occupational Therapists

2. Specialised Clinical Psychological forensic-style investigations,
conducted by Chartered Clinical Psychologists.

1. Activity Capability Assessments (ACAs)
In brief, the ACA not only incorporates what insurance claims managers, defendant solicitors, etc presently obtain from alternative service providers, but supplies additional features some of which have hitherto been unavailable to Claims Departments.

It encompasses:

~ Suitable for either physical or psychological evaluation of claimants, at any stage
of the Income Protection / PHI claim.

~ A menu driven format from which you make your own selection of components for
each assessment, tailored to the particular claimant’s circumstances, by viewing
the embedded .pdf file on page 1 of this web site.

~ The option of on-line referral for speed, ease and convenience of claims staff.

~ A home visit and report of chosen depth.

~ A fixed assessment fee, depending on the assessment structure you select.

~ The exclusive feature of a comparison of the claimant’s present Instrumental
Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) with the latest O*Net Analysis of the person’s
specific normal occupation, thereby providing an additional unique basis for
assessing a return to work in some form across a much wider spectrum of

typical IP claimants than has hitherto been previously possible.
